Bought a Jacket in the beginning of September and didn’t receive it till
later the following month, the jacket is nice and was worth the wait
only unfortunate part was that they sent me the wrong size (ordered XL,
and sent me a L) which was not a big deal. After exchanging some emails
and sending pictures that it was in fact not the the correct size they sent
me a return shipping label, and started the process of sending me the correct size,
a few days later my correct size was delivered and is a very nice jacket to wear.
So other then some shipping delay and a minor mistake everything was resolved,
very happy with the customer care and response via email in correcting the mistake,
might shop here again in the future if I ever need any type of clothing/jackets/coats that
I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else in my area.
