en expected. It was well packaged and had a nice new leather smell. This is true quality. The leather jacket has some weight to it. It is by far the most quality piece he owns so far! Most pieces are just overpriced garbage, but I feel like this was truly worth every penny spent. The leather is easy to clean also.

and high level of customer service I received from The Leather City. Originally, I ordered a size that was too small and they worked with me to replace it with the right size jacket. Nowadays with various online retailers out there...all I can say about this one is WOW. Thanks, Leather City!

so worked very hard to ensure I was giving them the right revised sizes, and sure enough the replacement quilted jacket fits beautifully, and I’m Wearing it on maybe the last cold day of the season and could be more warm and comfortable.

To start off this review, I need to recognize the customer service I was provided. I'm not an experienced leather wearer so I was asking them questions much prior to my order. They answered each and every question I had and answered in timely manner. After I placed my order, I received an email asking for confirmation on my chest size. We went a few emails back and forth working out the logistics. Again, each email came in a timely manner. After I received my coat, I reached out both to thank them and for advice in care instructions. I received a response back promptly and with information on how to maintain the coat. The customer service, simply put, was excellent the whole way through. As for my coat itself, I was nervous about making such an order online. Between the fitting, general look and costs, I found myself researching and reading other reviews prior to my ordering. When I received the order, it was folded into a bag for safe transport, once removed I noticed the high quality of the item. The picture as others have said do not do it justice. It is a very nice item. After putting it on, I took note that it fit me very nicely. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the item.
