Nacho Vargas is a member of the Salamanca drug cartel in the series. Manuel is his father. Nacho tries to stop Hector from using Manuel’s shop, but he is unsuccessful. Manuel accepts Hector’s proposal when Nacho persuades him. Nacho decides to assassinate Hector after learning that he suffers from Angina. Despite Nacho’s failure to kill Hector, Hector is put into a coma as a result of his indignation. Nacho eventually takes over Hector’s medication. Nacho’s character was played by Michael Mando.
