Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. However, this company have excelled in their professionalism and I will be returning with future custom in due course.
