I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. o make sure I took measurements correctly. They even said they weren’t happy with the quality of their last shipment and if I was not in a hurry would send it when they felt the quality was better. Received it before I thought I would. Will order from them again. Love my Beth jacket😉 it fits large,as it should. Light enough to wear in Spring room enough to add a heavy sweater for winter.

nd photos exactly, including the inner pockets (the inclusion of pockets at all was a huge plus I think). This jacket feels like it will last for a long time with the proper care. One thing I thought was nice, was that I was contacted by an employee to confirm my shipping size before the jacket was shipped. I'm not sure if this was because I ordered an unusual size or if this is just usual practice for them, but either way I thought it was nice that they thought to double-check my request before shipping anything. I had never ordered from LeatherCity before, based on the results I'd be happy to do so again.
