Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. However, this company have excelled in their professionalism and I will be returning with future custom in due course.

ped, and delivered on time, but I also had amazing one-on-one customer service making sure the jacket would fit over my clothes and fit my body in general. I've been asked about my jacket by at least 20 people not only because of the design but because of the amazing quality itself.

future how well they do with wear & tear, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. My only (small) issue is that Sonic's ear on our jackets isn't colored in (it's just blue). Everything else is just like the jacket pictured.
