the wait only unfortunate part was that they sent me the wrong size (ordered XL, and sent me a L) which was not a big deal. After exchanging some emails and sending pictures that it was in fact not the the correct size they sent me a return shipping label, and started the process of sending me the correct size, a few days later my correct size was delivered and is a very nice jacket to wear. So other then some shipping delay and a minor mistake everything was resolved, very happy with the customer care and response via email in correcting the mistake, might shop here again in the future if I ever need any type of clothing/jackets/coats that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in my area.

m look NOTHING like the picture they advertise! That all changed for me when I found The Leather city. After searching Etsy, eBay, amazon, and google, I could not find a proper and true copy of the original Resident Evil 2 RPD jacket. I needed this for Christmas, and I needed it to be quality. Not a cheap knockoff. I can tell you I was worried. But after reading their positive reviews, I took a risk. First, let me tell you they’re communication is unmatched. They answered all my questions, (even the dumb ones) and were transparent the entire ordering and shipping process. They gave me updates concerning my order, and I never was treated like anything but a priority. Their customer service is also outstanding. Now, for the main part. The jacket. Wow. I was absolutely blown away at the quality. It was like they took the jacket right out of the game. It’s beyond cosplay quality. And it brought pure happiness to my home on Christmas. Nothing will top this gift, so I’ll have to order another one from them next year! Lastly, I am so relieved to have found TheLeatherCity. For what they charge, you’d be foolish not to order.

nd photos exactly, including the inner pockets (the inclusion of pockets at all was a huge plus I think). This jacket feels like it will last for a long time with the proper care. One thing I thought was nice, was that I was contacted by an employee to confirm my shipping size before the jacket was shipped. I'm not sure if this was because I ordered an unusual size or if this is just usual practice for them, but either way I thought it was nice that they thought to double-check my request before shipping anything. I had never ordered from LeatherCity before, based on the results I'd be happy to do so again.
