The sizes run small, so I ordered 4x which fit my wife perfectly. If i had it to do over I'd order a 5x since my wife prefers roomy, but again, the 4x looks custom tailored on her. The quality was my next concern. I was looking for a substantial build. I wanted heavy outer wool with a full lining that actually could function to keep you warm. When i saw the package arrive i thought "oh no..." because it was so small. But, as soon as i lifted it i knew this might meet my expectations. And it did. Beautiful coat, beautiful fur, beautiful fit, excellent communication with the folks at Leather City. I highly recommend, and if they get a Christmas Chronicles Mr. Santa Suit available that is of the same quality of the Mrs....then I will be back!

To start off this review, I need to recognize the customer service I was provided. I'm not an experienced leather wearer so I was asking them questions much prior to my order. They answered each and every question I had and answered in timely manner. After I placed my order, I received an email asking for confirmation on my chest size. We went a few emails back and forth working out the logistics. Again, each email came in a timely manner. After I received my coat, I reached out both to thank them and for advice in care instructions. I received a response back promptly and with information on how to maintain the coat. The customer service, simply put, was excellent the whole way through. As for my coat itself, I was nervous about making such an order online. Between the fitting, general look and costs, I found myself researching and reading other reviews prior to my ordering. When I received the order, it was folded into a bag for safe transport, once removed I noticed the high quality of the item. The picture as others have said do not do it justice. It is a very nice item. After putting it on, I took note that it fit me very nicely. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the item.
