ep. When I got the jacket it was immediately evident the quality of the real leather and stitching was what I would expect from a much more expensive piece... the jacket was gorgeous. However whilst the body fit was perfect the circumference of the arms was not big enough and the sleeves were just too tight. The patience and service i received to help me get a jacket that would fit, they happily let me return the jacket and then custom made one with wider arms and sent that to me. Wow, what amazing customer service, cannot fault them at all.

the metal arm is a bit stiff but thats because of the added layers for the look and will hopefully break in soon and be more flexible, the design is very accurate to the show which is surprising because I had relatively low hopes for this product, but there aren't many issues with the jacket I've found other than the metal arm sleeve. High cost but definitely worth it if you're into Marvel outfits!

o make sure I took measurements correctly. They even said they weren’t happy with the quality of their last shipment and if I was not in a hurry would send it when they felt the quality was better. Received it before I thought I would. Will order from them again. Love my Beth jacket😉 it fits large,as it should. Light enough to wear in Spring room enough to add a heavy sweater for winter.

To start off this review, I need to recognize the customer service I was provided. I'm not an experienced leather wearer so I was asking them questions much prior to my order. They answered each and every question I had and answered in timely manner. After I placed my order, I received an email asking for confirmation on my chest size. We went a few emails back and forth working out the logistics. Again, each email came in a timely manner. After I received my coat, I reached out both to thank them and for advice in care instructions. I received a response back promptly and with information on how to maintain the coat. The customer service, simply put, was excellent the whole way through. As for my coat itself, I was nervous about making such an order online. Between the fitting, general look and costs, I found myself researching and reading other reviews prior to my ordering. When I received the order, it was folded into a bag for safe transport, once removed I noticed the high quality of the item. The picture as others have said do not do it justice. It is a very nice item. After putting it on, I took note that it fit me very nicely. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the item.

hed and so far have been lucky to find the ones that fall off. So best stop writing this and get back to going over each one and re stitching then get the missing ones put back on
