Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. However, this company have excelled in their professionalism and I will be returning with future custom in due course.

well made..and very attractive vest. Well worth the money and really deserves rating more than 5 stars. Arrived in timely fashion and very well paced for shipping. Ordered large size but ordering was totally my fault as I should have ordered one size larger. I believe vest being leather in time will loosen up a might. Still excellent vest and fitting of vest I'm more than satisfied with. Within wearing vest around 15 min 2 people have me high complements. o make sure I took measurements correctly. They even said they weren’t happy with the quality of their last shipment and if I was not in a hurry would send it when they felt the quality was better. Received it before I thought I would. Will order from them again. Love my Beth jacket😉 it fits large,as it should. Light enough to wear in Spring room enough to add a heavy sweater for winter.
