m look NOTHING like the picture they advertise! That all changed for me when I found The Leather city. After searching Etsy, eBay, amazon, and google, I could not find a proper and true copy of the original Resident Evil 2 RPD jacket. I needed this for Christmas, and I needed it to be quality. Not a cheap knockoff. I can tell you I was worried. But after reading their positive reviews, I took a risk. First, let me tell you they’re communication is unmatched. They answered all my questions, (even the dumb ones) and were transparent the entire ordering and shipping process. They gave me updates concerning my order, and I never was treated like anything but a priority. Their customer service is also outstanding. Now, for the main part. The jacket. Wow. I was absolutely blown away at the quality. It was like they took the jacket right out of the game. It’s beyond cosplay quality. And it brought pure happiness to my home on Christmas. Nothing will top this gift, so I’ll have to order another one from them next year! Lastly, I am so relieved to have found TheLeatherCity. For what they charge, you’d be foolish not to order.

uxurious and the correct color (per the movie). The Mrs Claus coat’s embroidery is, of course machine done but it is very professional, no skips, jumps, and no loose threads. I am glad I ordered a size larger than our normal sizes because of the fur lining and I also took into account us wearing winter clothes underneath. These are going to keep us warm on the coldest winter days and now I can’t wait!

To start off this review, I need to recognize the customer service I was provided. I'm not an experienced leather wearer so I was asking them questions much prior to my order. They answered each and every question I had and answered in timely manner. After I placed my order, I received an email asking for confirmation on my chest size. We went a few emails back and forth working out the logistics. Again, each email came in a timely manner. After I received my coat, I reached out both to thank them and for advice in care instructions. I received a response back promptly and with information on how to maintain the coat. The customer service, simply put, was excellent the whole way through. As for my coat itself, I was nervous about making such an order online. Between the fitting, general look and costs, I found myself researching and reading other reviews prior to my ordering. When I received the order, it was folded into a bag for safe transport, once removed I noticed the high quality of the item. The picture as others have said do not do it justice. It is a very nice item. After putting it on, I took note that it fit me very nicely. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the item.

ownish/blackish as the photograph. I am glad I ordered XL. My usual L would have been too small. I am a little disappointed, as I expected a motorcycle-jacket to have pockets for protectors.
