trouble for the staff who were so kind and responsive and very thorough in their commitment to getting the order correct. Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. However, this company have excelled in their professionalism and I will be returning with future custom in due course.

the hips; however, with how 76 wears his jacket it's meant to sit above the hip. The sizing is perfect after wearing it where it needs to be. The staff here was prompt with service and emailing back and forth, and the finished product is very high quality and beautiful. I've received compliments on my cosplay from this jacket! Its one of the best 76 jackets on the market. Worth the money and I will be buying from them again.
